By Subway:

Take subway Tamshui-Hsintien (red line) or Nanshih Chiao-Peitou (yellow line), exit Kuting.

Leave the station at exit 9, head back for a few meters to the crossing (Hoping and Roosevelt). Take a left turn into the Hoping West Road. After 50 meters the German Cultural Center is on the left hand side, the entrance located next to the 7-11 convenient store.

By Bus:

On Hoping-West-Road, right in front of the German Cultural Center and on the other side of the road, there is a bus stop for the lines 0-East, 1, 214, 241, 243, 244, 670, 706, 907 and the Heping Main Line.

On Nanchang-Road, just over the crossing near the German Cultural Center, there is a bus stop for the lines 1, 3, 235, 295, 662 and 663.

Furthermore there are bus stops near the Kuting MRT station, on the crossing Roosevelt Road and Heping Road.
