The InfoCenter answers all questions regarding Germany. The questions can be posed in written Form, per letter, fax or e-mail. Of course you can also ask simple questions in person or on the telephone, but at least for complex questions we kindly ask you to pose them in written form.
Questions that can not be answered directly by our InfoCenter will be transferred to qualified specialists.
The InfoCenter and the Library are open to anyone interested in Germany and the German language.
