Usage Guidelines

• Beginning with January 1., 2002, a new user ID for the library is introduced.To apply for an user ID please bring one photo and your ROC ID.
• With this user ID you can lend up to four books and/or up to two items of each other media type at one time.
• Reference material (marked with a red dot) can only be used in the library.
• The newest issue of the periodicals can only be read in the libraty, older issues can be lend.
• The lending period is two weeks, and can be extended once (if no other advance booking exists). The extension can also be done by phone.
• Please adhere to the general copyright guidelines. No books, magazines or other media shall be copied without explicit permission by the copyright holder.
• Please stick to the limit of the lending period. For each day the lending period is exceeded we will charge one NT$ per media type. Teaching materials for examination preparation are subject to a special refundable deposit of 500 NT$. If the materials are not returned on time, the deposit will be retained, the normal charge of 1 NT$ per day will still be charged.
• Please show your user ID each time you lend or return media.
• The user ID is for your person only and can not be transferred.
• The hours of operation: Tue-Fri: 15:30 to 21:00; Sat: 10:30 to 14:30
